Taking the first step to install your foundations

Upon mobilisation to site, we proceed with the installation of the piles into the ground to the specified depth as detailed by the structural engineer, aligning with the layout drawing and based on the chosen piling method for your residential project.
After installing the piles, we then commence with the installation of the chosen foundation, either;- RC Ground beam or RC Raft. Again we follow a step by step process to install the chosen foundation following a detailed plan supplied by the engineer. The next stage is booking your building control inspector to visit site and "pass" off the work completed prior to installing the concrete.
On receipt of the council's approval we then proceed with installing the concrete into the chosen foundation ensuring the correct mixture is booked with the concrete supplier and we pour the concrete using a concrete pump to the correct level provided by your builder. Once finished, we ensure a full clean down is completed by the site team before we leave.
